As Connecticut College enters the fourth year of implementing its five-year strategic plan, all appears well. Higher enrollments, successful completion of its re-accreditation process, and a dramatic increase in endowment all indicate successful application of the strategic plan. Rather than allow the campus to rest on its laurels, President Guadiani attempts to put renewed energy into the planning process. Her challenge is to maintain attention on the benefits of planning and to maximize what has been learned from the process to date.
