On June 6, 2000, President LeBlanc sends a memorandum to the Marlboro community announcing changes in staffing and administrative organization. He notes that “our staffing model reflects Marlboro College as it has long been” and that it is “increasingly inadequate for the growing complexity of the overall organization.” President LeBlanc reorganizes the cabinet to reflect his vision for the future of the institution.
