Morehouse College, one of the nation’s oldest historically black colleges, has fallen behind in terms of technology infrastructure. To remain competitive, the new president demands that the institution initiate a major program to introduce the latest information technology to all sectors of the college. A three-phase plan is accepted, including transition to the Banner system. The transition includes creation of new administrative units and requires new ways of operating on the part of faculty, administrators, and staff.
