After six years of what she considers highly effective work, the dean of the College of Education, Human Services, Behavioral Science, & Justice invites a variety of constituents – members of the faculty, department heads, students, and others internal and external to the college – to form a committee to evaluate her work. The result, a C+ rating, disappoints her. She is criticized for not focusing enough internally and for spreading herself too thin on outside committees and projects.
